Youth is Hidden Within Your Cells
Autologous Platelet-Derived Exosome-Rich Plasma
Exomas EXO kit, is an advanced regenerative medicine technology designed to stimulate platelets and trace blood cells within PRP, inducing the release of billions of extracellular vesicles. Through its proprietary protocol and dedicated processing system, EXOMAS activates platelets to deliver a highly enriched plasma with platelet-derived exosomes.
With wide-ranging applications across Aesthetic Medicine, Orthobiologics, and Therapeutic treatments, EXOMAS EXO Kitsupports effective outcomes in skin regeneration, hair loss management, pigmentation treatments, joint and connective tissue therapies, and chronic wound care.
mRNA: Facilitates the transfer of genetic information to target cells, playing a critical role in intercellular communication and genetic material exchange.
miRNA: Regulates gene expression and controls protein synthesis, contributing to essential biological processes such as cellular differentiation, development, and regulation.
Protein: Support cellular signaling, communication, and biological regulation between cells.
Cellitium Blade Technology
Cellitium 600 µm system, with its specially engineered blade design and proprietary structure, induces controlled cellular sheered stress on blood cells, promoting the release of billions of extracellular vesicles. At the same time, it plays a significant role in platelet activation, enhancing the regenerative potential of the final product.
D-MED Next-Generation PRX Tube
Through extensive collaboration between D-MED’s expert R&D team and leading physicians, D-MED developed the patented “Next-Generation PRX Tube” following comprehensive studies focused on enhancing vesicle release from blood cells of specific sizes and densities.
With its proprietary internal architecture, D-MED Next-Generation PRX Tube promotes the release of billions of vesicles, supports platelet activation, and facilitates the sedimentation of trace blood cells to the bottom layer.
Safe and Effective
EXOMAS is the result of many years of dedicated R&D, built upon D-MED’s expertise and reliability in autologous regenerative systems. Delivering rapid and effective outcomes, EXOMAS offers physicians and patients a safe, autologous treatment platform.
As an autologous system derived entirely from the patient’s own blood, EXOMAS eliminates the risk of post-injection allergic reactions.
Using D-MED’s proprietary Prime Protocol, EXOMAS achieves approximately 1.5 trillion vesicles per mL. With a final product volume of approximately 8–10 cc, EXOMAS delivers an average total of 12 trillion vesicles, positioning it among the highest vesicle-yield systems in its field.
For vesicles to be classified as exosomes, their size must be between 30 and 220 nm, they must be characterized using the relevant CD markers, and they must exhibit high viability. Studies conducted using EXOMAS have demonstrated an average vesicle size of 127.9 nm. Analyses performed using the relevant CD markers confirmed that 97% of the vesicles are platelet-derived exosomes, while independent laboratory results demonstrated a viability rate of 98%.

Indications / Applications
AESTHETICS
EXOMAS demonstrates broad clinical potential in aesthetic and plastic surgery, dermatology, and medical aesthetics. It is commonly used often in combination with skin and adipose tissue applications to support soft tissue regeneration, improve local tissue quality, enhance skin radiance, and increase elastin and collagen synthesis for wrinkle reduction. In dermatology, EXOMAS is widely utilized for skin rejuvenation, wrinkle treatment, scar management, and hyperpigmentation disorders. For weakened hair follicles, EXOMAS supports follicular thickening, increased hair density, improved growth stimulation, and frequently applied following hair transplantation procedures.
ORTHOBIOLOGICS
In orthopedics and physical therapy, EXOMAS is primarily used to reduce pain, decrease the need for pharmacological injections and surgical interventions, and support patients’ return to daily functional activity. It is commonly applied in the treatment of: • Chronic tendon degeneration (tendinosis) • Ligament and connective tissue injuries • Fascia-related disorders such as plantar fasciitis • Achilles tendon injuries • Cartilage and bone-related pathologies (including combination protocols with BMSCs)
THERAPEUTICS
In dry eye treatment, EXOMAS is administered via topical instillation (eye drops) rather than injection. In corneal ulcers, it is known to support inflammation control and tissue recovery.
Ophthalmology, known as the science of the eye, uses Exosomes, particularly in cases of corneal ulcers and dry eye syndrome. However, in dry eye syndrome, for example, prepared Exosomes are administered via topical drops rather than injection. Exosomes are also known to help prevent inflammation in corneal ulcers.
In oral and maxillofacial applications, EXOMAS supports not only soft tissue regeneration but also the stimulation of hard tissue healing. It is clinically applied across a wide spectrum from gingival regeneration to complex conditions such as osteonecrosis of the jaw, supporting both soft and hard tissue repair mechanisms.
