D-MED BMAC KIT
One of the most challenging steps in bone marrow aspiration is preventing coagulation. Although anticoagulants are commonly used to inhibit clot formation, megakaryocyte cells rapidly initiate fibrin network formation. This fibrin matrix traps mesenchymal stem cells within the clot, making their collection and subsequent injection highly inefficient or even impossible. The advanced Cellitium blade technology helps delay fibrin formation by megakaryocytes, thereby extending the time window for effective mesenchymal stem cell harvesting and enabling a more injectable, high-quality cellular suspension.
D-MED BMAC Kit has been designed with a strong focus on patient safety, down to the finest detail. Unlike conventional systems, it includes a stem cell–rich μ-filtration step that removes microscopic bone fragments invisible to the naked eye, ensuring a safer and cleaner injectable product.
HOW TO USE D-MED BMAC KIT?
One of the most critical challenges in bone marrow aspiration is preventing coagulation. Although anticoagulants are used, megakaryocytes rapidly form fibrin structures. This fibrin network traps mesenchymal stem cells, significantly hindering their collection and making injection difficult.
The proprietary Cellitium blade technology delays fibrin formation by megakaryocytes, allowing mesenchymal stem cells to be collected more efficiently and maintained in an injectable state.
D-MED BMAC Kit has been engineered with a strong emphasis on patient safety,
considering every procedural detail.
Unlike conventional systems, the stem cell–rich bone marrow product is passed through a
150 μm filtration blade, removing microscopic bone fragments that are not visible to the human eye,
thereby ensuring a safer injectable suspension.
